OUR APPROACH

Leadership and Team Development

Based on your organizational needs and strategies, we sequence a series of modules that align with and bring to life these strategies for cohorts of your Managers and Leaders, or for your Teams. Spaced out for more effective learning, each module is a day, half a day or 90 minutes, depending on the topic and your organizational needs. All learning is based on experiential activities and direct application to participants’ roles and functions. All modules can be run face-to-face or virtually.

Based on Grant Bosnick’s award-winning book Tailored Approaches to Self-Leadership: A Bite Size Approach Using Psychology and Neuroscience.

There are 18 chapters in the book, of topics and themes related to self-leadership. It’s not one size fits all, but rather a journey or adventure you choose yourself. The visual on the right represents the 18 chapters in the book. Each of these chapters have been turned into 90-minute or half-day modules that can be delivered stand alone, as a series, or in any order you like. This could be for an intact team, cohort of leaders or a group of high potentials.
