This dynamic program explores the key elements of effective collaboration, offering practical insights and tools to enhance teamwork and build high-performing teams. Participants will engage in discussions, simulations, and role plays to address topics such as trust-building, psychological contracts, problem-solving, and social/behavioural styles.
Key focus areas include tackling siloed thinking, mitigating biases, and resolving conflict through empathic listening and non-violent communication. Participants will learn to balance tactical solutions with big-picture thinking and develop actionable strategies for success. The session concludes with creating an action plan and partnering for accountability, ensuring sustained application of the lessons learned in the workplace.
