When I First Arrived in Singapore, I Didn’t Know The City Would Change Me As Much As I Hoped to Help Change Others
My “𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦” in those early days was my own living room, my marketing plan was a stack of name cards, and my “big break” was a small workshop where I hoped someone would say, “𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘺.”
I came here with a passion for organizational culture, a belief in the power of emotional intelligence, and a desire to help leaders not just manage teams but inspire them.

Fast forward, and I’ve had the honour of working with over 50,000 leaders across 45 countries on 6 continents, guiding transformations in boardrooms from Raffles Place to global HQs. But this year, to be named one of Singapore’s 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝟲𝟬 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 & 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 for New In Asia’s SG60 Showcase… this feels different. This is home. This is personal.
This recognition is a celebration of every client who trusted me, every leader who was brave enough to lead from the inside out, and every conversation where a spark turned into action. Singapore, thank you for being my launchpad, my inspiration, and my stage.
A big heartfelt thank you to Andrew Chow, CSP and Janine Teo for spearheading this vision and for your generosity, and to New In Asia for curating such an inspiring showcase of speakers that amplifies the heart of this country and this community.
Special appreciation to The Westin Singapore our wonderful venue sponsor, for providing such a beautiful space that made this evening truly memorable.
To all the amazing speakers and trainers, who I share this honour with and have built this community…
Let’s continue to tell our stories to inspire, uplift, and upbeat the world forward.
