What Truly Happens When We Put Humans – Not Systems, Not KPIs, Not Technology – At The Center of How We Lead?
“𝘐𝘵’𝘴 𝘢 𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘯, 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘥, 𝘷𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦.”
Last month, I had the honour and pleasure of delivering the opening keynote, “𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵: 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻-𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲”, at the 𝟭𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗥 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 in Singapore – and wow, what an energy-filled room of Global HR Leaders!
A 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻-𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 is no longer a “nice to have”– it’s the competitive advantage that fuels innovation, engagement, agility and long-term performance.
Thank you to all the incredible HR professionals who are shaping workplaces where humanity and high performance stand side by side. Let’s keep building cultures where people don’t just work… they 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴, they 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄, and they 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲.
Thank you so much Marcus Evans Group and Marcus Evans Summits, Aishwarya Shan and Presanna Nair for inviting me to present.
