Upstream™ Advisory
Upstream™ Advisory (shortened as “Upstream™”) is an advisory board consisting of Grant ‘Upbeat’ Bosnick, a Culture Transformation Expert, Grace Ho a Sustainability Transformation Expert, and Jasper Ngan is a Digital Transformation Expert. Together Upstream™ works in the Cultivating Culture function of YES, and helps clients to evolve the culture they desire.
Managing Director, Chief Architect, Keynote Speaker and Executive Coach
Grant ‘Upbeat’ Bosnick is the Managing Director of YES (Your Empowering Solutions), consultant, executive coach, author and keynote speaker. For over 20 years he has partnered with clients to co-create people strategies to help organizations build a trusting, collaborative culture and develop leaders and teams to transform their mindsets and behaviour to become more inclusive, lead others, manage change, innovate and perform at a higher level. Using psychology and neuroscience, he engages people to explore multiple perspectives, understand themselves deeply, drive change and transform behaviour – to achieve results and develop global leaders and teams for a rapidly changing and complex environment.
Originally from Toronto, Canada, now based in Singapore, he has lived in Asia Pacific for over 25 years; and has worked all across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, implementing solutions with over 45 countries, on 6 continents; and still hoping to get something with Antarctica.
His new book Tailored Approaches to Self-Leadership: A Bite-size Approach Using Psychology and Neuroscience was published by Routledge in 2023, with a foreword by Marshall Goldsmith.
As a Consultant and Trainer with GoImpact Capital Partners, Grace engages with Corporates, Business Associations and Education Institutions to drive awareness about Sustainability in business. Through her advocacy efforts, she activates awareness about the importance of integrating Sustainability into business strategy, and helping business leaders understand why good corporate governance requires mindfulness in embedding actions around ESG. Leveraging on her extensive experience in helping companies (MNC and startups) drive growth and re-model their commercial go-to-market, she looks forward to helping more companies embrace Sustainability as part of their growth agenda, and along the way, make a positive difference to the communities they serve.
